An amazing journey, and all back home now, with the exception of our dear friend Tidbit, who journeys in her own special place, ... in good hands again. But dreaming of another adventure ... sometime in the future :<)

UH ...... MOM?

There has been a slight change in plans .... but we can explain everything.

You see, there is this bunny named Boogey from New Orleans and he said we should try for one more good Buffett he knew about since we missed the OxBow one and then all the East Coast bunnies said "Yeah, Yeah, Let's go!!!" and anyway here we are.

But the good Mr. Jimmy Buffett has agreed to fly us back to the 7BUNNY7 on the Hemisphere Dancer and so we WILL be back tomorrow.

(Probably wish YOU were here!!!) ps: tell Rabbits' Guy that Jimmy sang "Ringling" for us, we know he likes it.

ONE IMPRESSED BUFFETT ....

Here is the PowerPoint we did on Basic Economics for Mr. Warren Buffett, a most gracious gentleman. Thanks goes too to the bunnies who had 2-foots learning math ... it really helped us. We think we made our point ..... do YOU get it?

We surely hope so ... we are coming home tomorrow. We sort of miss you all ....

BITTERSWEET IN MURDOCK .....

this just in ... despite what you read below, Tyler and Sydney have found some OxBow Hay and they aren't sharing .... =:<( Thump Thump ...........

Here in Murdock, Nebraska they had a parade for us. I mean, why else would they have a parade? It was very touching, but we all are still feeling very down about losing Tidbit and what it is like for her people. It makes us thankful for our good lives. (Now, forget we were so maudlin .. we ARE rabbits!)

Those OxBow Hay people never had a dang thing for us .. we never even saw them ... maybe they are too busy shipping all the goodies to our homes ....

Tomorrow we have a lunch with Warren Buffett, in Omaha. (No Oxbow Buffet means a Warren Buffett! Get it? Warren? Huh? Huh?) Turns out The Princess's father Big Bad Boy knows a rabbit who knows a rabbit who knows a kid who has a parent who is a friend of Mr. W. Buffett and so we are IN! We have made up a really simple Power Point to explain the basics of world economics to this guy. You'll see it tomorrow.

Then we are coming home = :<)

Tidbit has died .... :<(

One of our very best, Tidbit, from Houston, has died. Tidbit had been sick and then got better, but it did not last. So sad.

Good bye Tid ... all of us miss you but have fond memories.

Our best wishes to Bunny Girl and Dan too, they gave Tidbit a wonderful life, rescuing her from a real bad situation.

A day off for the merry band. We'll regroup tomorrow ....

That's Murdock .... we land tomorrow. Rabbits' Guy says he e-mailed them we're coming, but no reply. You think the place looks deserted? What could they possibly worry about????

Nahhh ... the reports of good times, good food, and good flying are all heartening to hear and the group will be "Wheels Down" in Nebraska on the 4th! Murdock is forewarned!!!!

NEBRASKA IT IS ......

There it is .... Murdock, Nebraska and its 269 people. Home of the Oxbow Hay Company and the first destination for REALLY FURR THER and her load of bunnies and honorary bunnies ... all 77 of them, including crew! (By the way, the known list of accredited, official, and otherwise cleared bunns and honored guests is posted toward the right. If you are missing, misspelled, or possibly even expelled, let us know ... you know the motto ... fly delighted. There are other mottoes as well.)

Anyway, repairs are complete, there were no concerns about the quality of the repair technicians, and we are ready to go. All the menu requests (and there were some dandies) have been loaded. Boarding tomorrow ... be there and ready!

Now, get some sleep.

STRUCTURAL REPAIRS GOING WELL .....

Trust us here ... the 7-BUNNY-7 is nearly ready to fly again. There is a rumor that Really Furr Ther will head for the OxBow Hay Company. The boarding list will be posted tomorrow - or Sunday. Check it ....

I wonder should someone alert the OxBow people ?????

REPAIRS ARE IN GOOD HANDS .....

Rabbits' Guy has previous experience working on airplanes so he is handling the engine overhauls. We will get to the structural work tomorrow.

Start thinking about your carry-on luggage. We will have no checked baggage .. you must bring it all on board with you. No extra charges. We will be posting the boarding manifest shortly and expect all confirmed bunns and honorary cats and dogs to be prepared to board in an orderly fashion. Whatever that means.

Any ideas of where we should head for first? Menu requests? Entertainment? We aim to please. Fly Delighted!

HOW ABSOLUTELY REVOLTING ......

But ... not to worry, the big bird is being repaired as we speak, so to speak, and I hope to show progress tomorrow.

Smooth as silk .... Bax gets her down and in safely, at least as far as a bunny knows.

He reports that he is OK and will be back tomorrow, after arranging for recovery and repairs ..... the show WILL go on and we are rapidly assembling the passenger lists.

DECISIONS, DECISIONS ....

Ya .. OK ... it WAS Shamu .... but we got it cheap. Besides, lots of our merry band is from the Southwest.

We have sort of decided that Baxter and Savannah should be pilots for the shake-down flight. They will go it alone and see how things shake out.

The list of passengers for our merry caper will be posted soon. Boy are there a lot of them! Once everybunny gets a load of the accomodations there will be even more!!!!
